There is no smoking/vaping in the units. No pets allowed. All awnings are non-functional.
Important
You are responsible for making your own campsite reservation with the campground. Your camper rental and campsite rental are two separate things.
Keep in mind, outer beach campgrounds require a 4x4 vehicle with a beach pass to access the site. We cannot transport you/your belongings to your camper rental/site.
If you will be utilizing portable dump tanks(included with non sewer sites), you will need to pull it with your vehicle(hitch recommended).

Policies
- There is a security deposit of $500 plus a reservation deposit of 25% of your camper rental total at the time of your booking to hold your reservation. Your security deposit will be refunded to you 48 hours after check-out, pending there are no excessive cleaning and/or damages to the camper and all equipment is accounted for.
- Full payment is expected 30 days prior to your reservation.
- In the event of cancelation prior to 30 days, you will be refunded 20% of your reservation deposit. Security deposit will be fully refunded.
- In the event of cancellation within 30 days of your reservation, you will forfeit your 25% reservation deposit, unless another reservation is made for those dates by another party. Your security deposit will be refunded.
- 4% Service charge on all credit card charges
